This lovely, aromatic, rosemary fused extra virgin olive oil is part of Galantino’s line of flavored oils. Using an ancient technique revived by Galantino in the 1990s, this fused oil is produced by crushing together the olives and fresh rosemary, without the use of any added essences. The result is an intense, rich and herbaceous flavor, recommended for flavoring chicken, salads, vegetables, or bread dipping.
